Charley’s Taxi is Hiring Bi-lingual (Japanese & English) Call Takers

Applicants must be able to answer a high volume of calls, take taxi and tour orders in both Japanese AND English, input (type) orders into dispatch system quickly and accurately, and coordinate with drivers, customers, and tour agents to ensure timely pick-ups.

In addition to inputting orders into the system, must hand-write orders into the log and update spreadsheets in order to track orders for commission. Must be able to process itineraries and assign drivers according to the rotation schedule. Qualified applicants will be able to keep up with ever-changing company policies and prices.

We also ask that you be familiar with Oahu streets and locations.

• We’re looking for candidates with 2 or more years of Oahu residency.
• This position is entirely on-site.
